- Joined the Ohio PATHS program in 2004 and began offering classes in 2005
- 2005 – graduated 16 individuals in the Certificate of Initial Proficiency
- 2006 – planning for the offering of both a Certificate of Initial Proficiency series and well as a Certificate of Advanced Proficiency series.
