Current Statistics:
- 2007 – A CIP class began in February, with a CAP class scheduled to begin in September. The fall CIP class of 2006, the fall CAP class of 2006 and the spring CIP class of 2007 will all graduate on September 20, 2007 in ceremonies at St. Michael’s Wayside in Broadview Heights, Ohio.
- 2006 - Two CIP classes were completed in 2006 and a CAP class begun in September. There were nine and eight graduates respectively in CIP and five in CAP.
- 2005 - CIP: 7 agencies participated, with 14 DSP’s graduating
- 2005 - 8 CAP graduates in October
- 2004 - 22 DSP’s graduated from CIP.
- 2003 - 15 DSP’s graduated from CIP
- Multiple instructors, all volunteers, at both the CIP and CAP levels

Collaboration:
- All participating agencies support the program financially by contributing $275.00 per candidate per year.
- All participating agencies provide a salary adjustment or bonus to candidates who complete the program.
- All participating agencies participate in the governance of the regional program by serving on the regional council, which meets monthly.
- All skill mentors, instructors, and curriculum development committee members contribute their time.
